All Internship Students

1. You need to pick up your March 1 Employer Evaluation from Mr. Carter.

2. You should be turning your hours weekly.

3. All Mid Term Hours and Evaluations are to be turned in by March 8th.

4. If you do not have at least 120 hours of documented internship experience and your evaluation turned in you will be failing the class and are subject to being dropped from the course.

Hours and March 1 Evaluation

Attention all internship students.

You should have completed and weekly submitted 120 hours of employment history by March 8th.
Also your March 1 Employer-Employee evaluation is due by March 8, 2012.
Any internship student without these turned will not receive credit and will be referred to their counselor to be dropped from the class because you are not committing to your signed agreement for the course.

Initial Post - Spring Semester

All Students are required to see Mr. Carter by Friday January 13, 2012 or they will be dropped from the course. You must pick up an Internship Packet if you are new to the course. You need a new employer-employee agreement if you have changed jobs or are new to the course.

ALL Internship Students:

You must subscribe (Join this Site button to the right of this blog) to this blog. Link for personal browser feed can be found at bottom of blog.
You must fill out Internship Student Information Survey online.
You must print and complete Trainee Agreement and return to Mr. Carter ASAP.

Failure to complete any of the above items will result in being dropped from the course.

Employer Employee Training Agreements are due back to Mr. Carter no later than Thursday, January 19, 2012.

All paperwork needs to be turned in as of 1/19/2012, you must subscribe to this blog, and take the Student Information Survey; OR you will be dropped from the course.

Turn in you Hours since December 22, 2011

Hours and December 1 Evaluation Due

All internship students need to get your hours into Mr. Carter by December 20, 2011. You should have at least 240 hours turned in.
You also need to have your Internship Performance Evaluation filled out by your employer and turned in to Mr. Carter by December 1, 2011. The Evaluation is from October 1 through December 1, 2011. Remember to please read and sign your evaluations. Due by December 16, 2011

Attention Internship Students

All students must have turned by the 15 week Progress Report 2, 180 hours of work experience.

If you have not had your employer evaluate you yet it was due at the 10 week mark. October 1st.

Performance Evaluation

All internship students need to get your hours into Mr. Carter by October 6, 2011. You should have close to 120 hours turned in.
You also need to have your Internship Performance Evaluation filled out by your employer and turned in to Mr. Carter by October 6, 2011. The Evaluation is from August 1 through October 1, 2011. Remember to please read and sign your evaluations.

August 19 - 26

All internship students should have turned in at least 36 hours of employment history.

Those students without turned in hours are now being viewed as ineligible for the class and will be counseled for a fifth period class.

Internship is a honor and you must stay up to date.

If you have not taken the survey you need to do it now! See last weeks post.

August 9 - 19, 2011

All Students are required to see Mr. Carter by Friday August 12, 2011 or they will be dropped from the course. You must pick up an Internship Packet.

Employer Employee Training Agreements are due back to Mr. Carter no later than Thursday, August 18, 2011.

Take the Internship Student Information Survey.

All paperwork needs to be turned in as of 8/17/2011.

You should have already turned in 24 hours of work since August 1, 2011
